Comedy Sportz!

We rang in the New Year at a Comedy Sportz Game!

The show was really funny and Ryan and I had a blast with Nancy and Becca.

A guy even proposed to his girlfriend on stage by playing a guitar and singing a song he wrote for her. It was totally cheesy, but cute at the same time. After he proposed, the ref asked how long they had been dating. The couple then said, "Two months!" hahahaha We definitely live in Utah.
The pictures are even crappier than usual because I forgot my camera. I've been pretty good at remembering to bring my camera everywhere lately, yet I forgot it last night.

After most of the show and a proposal, the players handed out noise makers, Martinelli's and some treats. We counted down the New Year and then finished the show. It was a pretty chill New Years Eve, but had a blast!

Christmas!

At 4:45am I hear, "Suzie, wake up, it's Christmas!!!!"
Ryan was way too excited to sleep any longer, so we went downstairs to see what "Santa" brought us in our Stockings!
After seeing our loot, we then opened up all these presents!
Ryan was excited about all his Utah stuff that he got!
And a new pillow...

 A few games...

A cool shirt...
And some jeans!
I got a new makeup bag...
A Ross gift card and Costco socks...
A scarf...
Newsies and Adventures in Babysitting
And some cool earrings!
We also got Blokus from Tammy and James.
And a cool ball and a Zombie card game from Lish and Ricky!
Before heading over to Ryan's parents house we dropped off a yummy cake for my sister's Birthday today.

Then we had another tasty Turkey dinner at Ryan's parents and played some games with his family.
Chubbs, Judy, Ryan and I played Blokus!
It was a great Christmas!

Christmas Eve!

Christmas Eve was great! Lish and Ricky had family over for Christmas Eve dinner and we joined them and the tasty food! Lish usually does the Turkey, but she had work and other things to do, so I was put in charge of doing the turkey. It was my first time doing a turkey, and it turned out pretty tasty! We watched Elf, read the Nativity Story, opened pajamas and played Scene it on the xbox!
Josh and Annabelle in their new snow hats!

Ricky opened his fully automatic nerf gun from Ria and began shooting everyone.
And Ria opened her tiny nerf gun and tried to shoot Ricky back.
Ryan and his awesome Superhero pajamas!
These are his pants up close with random superhero words.
Me and my incredibly soft pajamas.

It was a great Christmas Eve!

My first snowman!

Last night it snowed about 8 inches or so in E-town, so today, I wanted to make a snowman!

I've never made a snowman, so Ryan showed me how it's done. I had no idea that you literally rolled the snow to make the balls for the snowman, it totally amazed me!
Ryan rolled the spheres.

It may look like I did nothing, but I had the camera, and couldn't take pictures of myself.

The finished product!

I can see...kinda?

Ryan and I went to get eye exams last Monday and our new glasses came in today!
Our new glasses!
Ryan's prescription stayed the same and his new glasses pretty much look the same too! Sadly, my eyes have gotten worse, and apparently I have astigmatism in my right eye now. So with getting my new glasses today, I have been really dizzy because of the new prescription. Apparently I should get used to it within a day or so, hopefully!
My glasses are called "Chocolate Mint"; brown frames with green and orange accents. With Lilies on the sides.
"Hugzy" seems to pull them off better!

McCorristin Christmas!

Christmas always comes early at the McCorristin household, which is awesome! Ryan's family knows that everyone has different plans on Christmas and Christmas Eve, so they've done "Christmas" the Sunday before Christmas for the past 5 years, so everyone can get together, eat food and exchange our Christmas gifts. I love it!
Ryan's parents' Christmas Tree
Before anyone else arrived, we helped Josh wrap his gift. We had about an hour, so we decided to wrap it interestingly. We put the gifts in a huge box and instead of wrapping it, we cut wrapping paper into Tetris shapes and taped them to the top of the box, here's the finished product! It's pretty much awesome!
Tetris wrapped box!
We had an awesome dinner, then Grandpa McCorristin told the kids why we give each other presents on Christmas, followed by everyone exchanging their Christmas gifts! Sarah and Chance had us and gave us an awesome Gift Card to Chili's and two tickets to Cinemark Movie Theatres! Looks like Ryan and I will be going on a date sometime soon! Woot! Thanks again Sarah and Chance!
Emma playing with Sawyer, she looks like she's trying to push him over.
Then she looks totally innocent in the next picture. Love it!

All the Grand-kids, I didn't get a picture where all the kids were still, but they're cuties!
An ornament Ryan made when he was a kid.
I didn't get a picture of the Calendar, but Chelsie made Judy(Ryan's Mom) a Calendar with everyone's Birthday's and Anniversary's and it turned out awesome!

Another awesome gift that was given to Ryan's parents were homemade stalkings! One tradition that Ryan's family does is that Judy makes all her grand-kids and son/daughter-in-laws personal stalkings that are so cute! Here's mine and Ryan's.
Ryan's Grandma made his for him.
Ryan's Mom, Judy, made this for me!
So everyone in the family has these homemade stalkings and we all love them, yet Ryan's parents never had any of them made for them. Judy still makes them for everyone else, yet she has never done one for herself, so this year, Kara made them for Judy and Mark! It was awesome!
The stalkings all match now!
Marks stalking!
Judy's stalking!
As for the McCorristin Christmas we had a lot of fun and love spending time with family!
